Most custom pieces are ready within 14 business days of order confirmation and deposit payment. Highly complex multi-stone designs may take up to 21 days. We'll give you an exact timeline during your consultation.

Yes. All diamonds above 0.5ct come with a GIA or IGI certificate included in the price. Coloured stones are accompanied by a laboratory certificate from a reputable lab. Certificates are provided before and after purchase.

Absolutely. We regularly work with heirloom stones and family metals. Bring your piece to our atelier for an assessment, and our goldsmiths will discuss options for incorporating it into a new design.

Our lifetime structural guarantee covers manufacturing defects, prong failure, and clasp breakage. Free resizing is included for the first two years. Normal wear and tear, stone loss due to impact, and intentional damage are not covered, but we offer affordable repair services for all conditions.

Yes. We ship worldwide via insured, trackable courier. International orders include full insurance at replacement value. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.
